Mahood v Irish Centre Housing Ltd - vicarious liability for discrimination by agency workers

When considering whether an employer is vicariously liable for the acts of an agency worker who is not an employee, the question of whether the the agency worker is the agent of the employer for the purposes of establishing liability should be determined by the degree of control or authority the employer has over him.
