Malik v Plymouth Hospital NHS Trust & Others - strike out of discrimination claims was proper exercise of tribunal discretion

The striking out of a discrimination claim is a step to be taken only exceptionally: this case is an excellent example of scandalous and vexatious behaviour leading to dismissal of all claims, and the Claimant simply compounding his problems by the attitude displayed at the EAT.
