Manchester College v Cocliff - Less favourable treatment of a fixed term employee [2010] EAT

In a claim by a fixed-term employee that he or she was treated less favourably than a full time employee, the first consideration is whether the alleged less favourable treatment was because the employee was a fixed-term employee.  If and only if the answer to that question is "yes", consideration should be given to whether the less favourable treatment was objectively justified.
