Martyn v Essex CC & Others - Moving from fixed-term contracts to permanent contract continues the "stable employment relationship" [2009] EAT

Following Slack v Cumbria CC [2009] ICR 1217 a move onto a permanent contract following a succession of fixed-term contracts can ensure that a "stable employment relationship" continues, so as to sustain a claim for pension rights under the Equal Pay Act 1970.
