May v Greenwich Council - tribunal cannot refuse to accept ET1 as "illegible" provided it contains "required information" in legible form [2010] EAT

Provided that an ET1 claim form contains the required information, and that the required information is legible, then illegibility of any other aspect of the form (meaning it cannot be read without a magnifying glass) is not a basis upon which an employment tribunal may refuse to accept it.
