McBride v Standards Board for England - Employment Judge can order, at CMD, that witnesses are irrelevant and so cannot be called [2009] EAT

This case is authority for the proposition that an Employment judge has the power, sitting alone at a Case Management Discussion, to rule that a proposed witness's evidence is irrelevant and that they may therefore not be called to the substantive hearing.
