McClintock v Department of Constitutional Affairs - Requiring JP to abide by judicial oath is not unlawful religious discrimination [2007] EAT

Mr McClintock, a JP, asked to be excused from sitting on Family Panel cases involving adoption by same sex couples. The DCA refused and he resigned from that Panel. The employment tribunal rejected his claim of religious discrimination. He appealed.
