Mehta v University of London & ors - Extension of time limits [2006] EAT

Dr Mehta has lost two separate appeals against (i) a tribunal's refusal to allow him an extension of time for bringing discrimination claims (arising from rejection of his application for a training post); and (ii) a costs award ordering him to pay £1,900 costs to the University (on the basis that a new lay member had been introduced at the costs hearing at which the University had been awarded costs of both that and an earlier hearing).
