Metropolitan Police v Rixon - employment judge should have reconsidered Regional EJ's decision that claim was not valid

The decision by an ET secretary and Regional Employment Judge not to accept a claim as valid due to a procedural deficiency (such as lack of claimant's name and address) is not binding, and can be reconsidered at a judge at a subsequent hearing.
