Abuse of process to bring a third claim arising out of the same facts as two claims previously withdrawn
Mrs Mills a teacher, presented two claims of race discrimination against her employer, the London Borough of Brent. Employment Judge Manley, of her own motion, substituted as a Respondent the school where the Claimant then worked. This was Mitchell Brook Primary School.
During the hearing, Mrs Mills withdrew her claim.
