Mrs Wright, represented by Mitchell's Solicitors, brought claims of sex discrimination and constructive unfair dismissal against Fun Werk. She lost. The employment tribunal went on to make a wasted costs order against Mitchells. It considered that Mrs Wright should not face costs as she had relied totally on Mitchells' advice throughout.
