Moghal v Hudda & Hudda (t/a Playhouse Montessori) - Tribunal cannot "sit on the fence" when making key findings of fact in constructive unfair dismissal case [2008] EAT

Nursery assistant Ms Moghal resigned and claimed constructive unfair dismissal, alleging a breakdown in mutual trust and confidence after new owners bought the business in 2006. Her evidence cited "abuse, a threatening manner, the calling of urgent meetings, unreasonable criticism, embarrassment in front of parents and matters of that nature" - but an employment tribunal rejected her claim.
