Ms F Haque v Green & Co - The question of bias [2007] EAT

The EAT, sitting unusually as a full tribunal to hear appeals against decisions by tribunal chairmen sitting alone, considered claims of bias (essentially on racial grounds) advanced by Ms Haque.The decision warrants reading as a demonstration of how not to advance a complaint of bias - the EAT both rejected the complaint and ordered costs against Ms Haque.
