Muschett v London Borough of Hounslow and 3 other cases - Discretion to extend time limit for appeal [2007] EAT

This was one of four cases considered together in the EAT (the other three being Khan v London Probation Services, Obguneke v Minster Lodge, and Tallington Lakes v Reilly also noted in this section). All were appeals against decisions of the Registrar not to exercise her discretion to extend the 42 day time limit for appeal.
