Nageh v David Game College Ltd & Anor - Establishment of "continuing act" too readily ruled out by tribunal [2011] EAT
An employment tribunal should not be too quick to decide that a prolonged period of sick absence will prevent a claimant establishing a "continuing act" of discrimination, especially when the alleged acts complained of do not just date from before the absence but occurred during it too.
