Confirmation that the correct test to apply in deciding whether an employee who has resigned can claim constructive dismissal is "that the employer shall not without reasonable and proper cause conduct itself in a manner calculated and likely to destroy or seriously damage the relationship of confidence and trust between employer and employee" and is NOT the "range of reasonable responses" test which applies in unfair dismissal conduct cases.
