National Grid Electricity Transmission Plc v Wood - Contract of employment with end user implied for "fully integrated" (not "semi-detached") agency supplied worker [2007] EAT

The second EAT decision reported this week concerning "triangular working relationships" suggesting a swing back towards finding a contract of employment with the end user. (see also Harlow District Council v (1) O'Mahoney (2) APS Recruitment Ltd)
