OCS Ltd v Pullen - Consistency of treatment in dismissals [2007] EAT

Mr Pullen was a window cleaner, and supervisor to Mr Atkins. OCS dismissed both - Mr Atkins because he worked in a dangerous way by climbing on a ledge; Mr Pullen not for "allowing him" but for breaching some other rules. An employment tribunal found Mr Atkins's dismissal fair and Mr Pullen's unfair. OCS appealed
