In determining whether there has been "substantial compliance" with an Unless Order, the test is qualitative, not quantitative - has there been material compliance such that the other party now knows the case it has to meet?

Solicitor Ms Johnson brought claims in the Employment Tribunal of disability discrimination and constructive unfair dismissal, following her resignation in response to what she claimed were aggressive and negative attitudes towards her by her colleagues and employer, Oldham BC.
