Onumajuru v NSL Ltd - late appeal against Registrar's refusal to exercise discretion was without merit

The law and practice on late appeals apply equally to a late appeal against the Registrar's refusal to exercise discretion to extend time.

This is an appeal from a Registrar's decision refusing an extension of time. A notice of appeal had been lodged on the deadline day but was incomplete. The missing information was provided 12 days out of time. Mr Onumajuru applied to extend time but the Registrar refused that application.
