Outokumpu Stainless Ltd v Law - Length of delay is a critical factor when deciding if it is just and equitable to allow a claim to be made out of time [2007] EAT

An employment tribunal held that a claim under the Fixed Term Employees (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations 2002, SI 2002/2034, was out of time but exercised its discretion to allow it to proceed as it deemed that to be "just and equitable". The employer appealed to the EA.T.
