Parkinson & Anor v Lancashire Mind Ltd - Appellants' own fault they ran out of time to rectify defective appeals [2011] EAT

An appellant can expect little sympathy from the EAT if it is unable to rectify the submitting of a defective notice of appeal - with guidance from the Registrar - because it chooses to leave it too late within the overall 42 days to submit that appeal.
