Where the date of written reasons being sent to the parties has not been registered correctly, failure to correct the error in accordance with the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2004 Rule 37 will result in the subsequently issued corrected decision being taken as an entirely fresh judgment - with the time to appeal running from its date.
