Pybus v Geoquip Ltd - Witness statement rightly excluded from evidence as "second bite at cherry" [2011] EAT

It is within an employment tribunal's discretion to refuse to allow a witness statement in evidence at a remedies hearing which effectively seeks a "second bit at the cherry" on matters of fact that the tribunal has already determined at the liability hearing.
