Queen Elizabeth Hospital NHS Trust v Ogunlana - Dismissal for misconduct [2006] EAT

Ms Ogunlana had been involved in a heated argument in the Maternity Unit of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital which involved "a degree of shouting". The London (South) employment tribunal found that dismissal from her job as a health care assistant was unfair but that compensation should be reduced by 25% on the basis that she was 25% responsible.
