Quigley v University of St Andrews - Perversity [2006] EAT

Lecturer Declan Quigley lost an unfair dismissal case after claiming he had been bullied out of his job at St Andrews University (see The Guardian 9.8.06. He appealed to the EAT, claiming that the tribunal had not considered the cumulative effect of inidvidual incidents and that its decision was perverse. His appeal has been dismissed.
