Raja v the Secretary of State for Justice - interim relief in whistleblowing (and other) cases
If a claimant applies for interim relief under Employment Rights Act 1996 s.128 he is entitled to have his application heard by an Employment Tribunal even if the matter involves complex discrimination claims as well as the whistleblowing and other claims provided for by that section.
