Ranger v Bit Systems Ltd. AKA Epostills.com - Requirement of procedural fairness [2007] EAT
As a result of deteriorating relations with their employee Mr Ranger, Bit Systems sent him a written warning. At the same time a key customer complained also about him, and so the warning was replaced by formal disciplinary proceedings and Mr Ranger was dismissed. The tribunal found the dismissal fair. Mr Ranger appealed.
