Sally-Anne Reedman, was employed by Kandiah Athithan as the assistant manager of his petrol/service station business. She resigned, claiming that Mr Athithan had sexually harassed her. She bought claims of sex discrimination and unfair dismissal against him. He replied that it was she who had harassed him.
