RIDDOR
- Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995, SI 1995/3163 (RIDDOR) is the law that requires employers and others with control of workers to report accidents at work. It covers serious accidents, diseases, deaths and ‘dangerous occurrences’.
- The 1995 Regulations were revoked and replaced with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013 (RIDDOR)
