Roadchef Motorways Ltd v (1) GMB (2) Moto Hospitality Ltd - Informal trade union arrangement had not been terminated [2011] EAT

An Employment Tribunal was entitled to conclude that an employer had not terminated an informal arrangement with a trade union (or "de-recognised" the union) by a given date, based on the facts and documentation available to it and its conclusion that the employer's relevant witness was not a credible one.
