Roberts v Acumed Ltd - business reason for reorganisation must be "sound", but not "essential", to sustain a fair SOSR dismissal

(1) Dismissal of an employee who refuses to accept contractual changes due to a business reorganisation will only be fair as "some other substantial reason" if the employer can show a "sound business reason" for the reorganisation; however the employer need not show its business reason for the changes was "essential"
