This is an appeal by Mr Roberts against part of an ET’s judgment which rejected his claim against the Respondent, GB Oils Ltd, for compensation under section 11 of the Employment Relations Act 1999 for breach of his right, set out in section 10 of that Act, to be accompanied at a disciplinary hearing.
