Roberts v Gregorek t/a Anglers Paradise - Criminal offences and constructive dismissal [2008] EAT

In July 2006 Ms Roberts resigned from her job with Anglers Paradise in Devon. She had complained to the estate manager when she found that staff had instructions to destroy birds nests, particularly of house martins. She had been assured that no steps would be taken to remove the house-martin nests but then found that house martins nests were still being removed. She resigned on the spot and claimed constructive unfair dismissal.
