The Royal Bank of Scotland plc v McLelland [2010] EAT

Discrimination continuing throughout a grievance process is capable of being a continuing act extending up to the end of the grievance process.

A Ms McLelland presented a sex discrimination claim against the Royal Bank of Scotland to an employment tribunal.  Her complaint coverered a period of 18 months, from a date in 2005 until what she called her "retirement" in 2007.
