Royal Mail Group Ltd v Communication Workers Union - TUPE duty to consult applies to measures actually proposed [2008] EAT

Royal Mail Group (RMG) transferred some of its post offices to WHSmith (WHS). An employment tribunal held that RMG failed to comply with its obligations to consult with and provide certain information to the trade union CWU under Reg 13 of TUPE 2006.
