Royle v Greater Manchester Police Authority - Extent to which tribunal's can properly take an overall view without examining every detail [2006] EAT
Ms Royle was a welfare officer employed by the police authority. She claimed constructive unfair dismissal as a result of a sequence of events (bullying and disclosure of client medical information) and an allegation that a meeting in January 2004 was "the last straw".
The Manchester employment tribunal rejected her claim.
