ET entitled to take into account 'benefit of hindsight' approach of medical expert when assessing whether employee was 'disabled'. However, deposit order quashed as reasons not Meek compliant.

Appeal from decision at PHR that Ms Russell was not disabled and claims of disability discrimination struck out. The EJ also found that the complaint of unfair dismissal had little reasonable prospect of success and a deposit order in the sum of £200 was made.
