Sadare v. London Borough of Lambeth EAT - A statutory grievance is valid only in respect of explicitly characterised complaints [2009] EAT

Ms Sadare made various claims to an employment tribunal arising from termination of her employment with Lambeth BC. 

The main point of general interest is that the Council won its case that the employment tribunal had no jurisdiction in respect of claims she made under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.
