A court or tribunal judgment can only be overturned by an appellate court or tribunal - an agreement between the parties will not, in itself, suffice
This case concerns two appeals before the EAT, the first brought by Mr Sakharkar against the assessment of compensation for unfair dismissal made by the ET and the second was against the EJ's rejection of Mr Sakharakar's second application for a review of that remedies decision.
