Tribunal wrongly substituted its own view for that of the employer.

Mrs Loving was employed as Park Manager at Dacre Lakeside Park in East Yorkshire, a leisure park with pitches and facilities for caravans. Her conditions of employment made it clear that drinking alcohol while on duty was prohibited and might be regarded as gross misconduct.
