Saunder v Birmingham City Council - When a joint expert has been instructed, in what circumstances can a party adduce its own expert evidence? [2008] EAT

An employment judge directed that a jointly appointed medical expert should examine Mr Saunder's ill health in connection with his race discrimination claim. Mr Saunder considered that expert's report (which did not support his case) to be biased.
