Saunders v OCS Group Ltd - tribunal should "construct alternative world" when assessing compensation
Mr Saunders was dismissed from his job working for OCS at Gatwick Airport, where he transported passengers with limited mobility to and from aircraft, for causing criminal damage to a lift. BAA had seen what they thought were his criminal actions on CCTV and, wanting him off the site, withdrew his "air-side pass". After disciplinary hearings, OCS dismissed Mr Saunders.
