Scottish Ambulance Service v Laing - unless orders and consequence of failure to comply

Once it issues an Unless Order, all a tribunal must decide is whether or not it has been complied with. If it has not, then the claim is automatically struck out: there is no opportunity for the tribunal to revisit the making of the Order in the first place.
