Secretary of State for Business Innovation & Skills v Howard & Howard - tribunal's decision was outside the range of reasonable responses

In rare cases a tribunal may make a decision which no reasonable tribunal could have reached and so an appeal will be allowed. This was one such rare case.  A tribunal's refusal to make prohibition orders against two employment agents who had been jailed for fraud, to stop them engaging in just such work, was overturned by the EAT.
