Sheibani v Elan & Co LLP - breach of natural justice if tribunal fails to warn parties it is considering illegality

A tribunal must tell the parties - before it reaches any conclusion - if it is considering that the contract at the heart of a claim may be illegal, and if necessary give warning of the right against self-incrimination, to allow the parties a fair chance to address such issues.
