Sivanandan v London Borough of Enfield - Persistent litigation [2006] EAT

Ms Sivanandan was a racial equality officer employed by Enfield LBC for a few months in 1996. She was dismissed in December 1996, some ten years ago. Since then she has pursued a variety of claims, sometimes in person and sometimes with professional representation, in both employment tribunals and the Courts. She has claimed breach of contract, race and sex discrimination, victimisation and unfair dismissal. Although she has had some successes in connection with procedural matters in general she has consistently lost in respect of substantial matters.
