Slingsby v Griffith Smith Solicitors - Delay in proceedings was not a proportionate ground to set aside tribunal judgement in claimant's favour on claimant's appeal [2008] EAT

Mr Slingsby won his claim before the Employment Tribunal, who found his dismissal by way of redundancy was automatically procedurally unfair. He received little compensation, since the tribunal believed a proper procedure would still have the same outcome, nonetheless there were significant findings in his favour.
