Southampton City College v Randall - Disability Discrimination - Reasonable adjustments [2005] EAT

EAT upholds ET finding that an employer which did not regard a lecturer (who had problems with his voice) as disabled and took no steps to consider reasonable adjustments, was in breach of Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and also in finding unfair dismissal.
