Stafford and Rural Homes Ltd & Armitage v Hughes EAT - disability discrimination after 5th December 2005 [2009] EAT
The EAT has dismissed an appeal by a new housing association, Stafford and Rural Homes Ltd ("SARH") and its chief executive, Ms Karen Armitage, against an employment tribunal's findings that Mr Hughes, a former employee, had been unfairly dismissed; had been unjustifiably discriminated against for a reason relating to his disability, had been subjected to harassment for a reason relating to his disability and had been victimised "by reason of doing a protected act".
